Spray foam removal in Great Yarmouth

Spray foam was sold hard across this part of Norfolk, and the pitch landed particularly well on older, colder coastal property where the heating bills were high and the loft was easy to sell an upgrade for. The consequence turns up years later, when the house goes on the market.

Why it blocks a sale

A surveyor cannot inspect timbers under foam and will report the roof as uninspectable. Closed cell foam on the underside of the covering can trap moisture against rafters, which on a coastal roof that is already working hard is a risk worth taking seriously. Most lenders decline or require removal.
